Well woke up a few times for a little bit, but I managed 7 hours. Feel better this am than I did yesterday.

Is the purpose of the Red Hat Society to look as ridiculous as possible. If so, they succeeded?

I love the red hat society. I wish I had time to join. I do have a wonderful picture of me and a friend wearing a red hat and a red feather boa.

I wish I had read all the comments before admitting that I like the Red Hat Society. I guess I’m even nuttier than the Locos!!

I’m off to read the toons. I’ve been busy today. It was a lousy day to go out too, with all the rain and wind. But I like to eat and there was all kinds of food calling to me, “buy me! buy me!”.

Aw. Thanks JFri. This is just the kind of hat I wore in the photo. It’s priceless! Those ladies are fun to be with. Crazy, but fun.

In 16 days, we had rain during 15 of them.

cleo, my bad. I forgot to mention I was wearing a housecoat too. Don’t ask. It was girl’s weekend at the cottage. We had a blast.

I was busy battoning down the hatches, putting away furniture, fixing oldest sons roof, etc. before Frankenstorm hits. Came by a few times myself, someone should have said something, normally SOMEONE’s GOT SOMETHIN’ TO SAY around here!

Well then, I guess if I don’t show up from Monday on for a few days, you guys won’t worry then? You know, just in case the meteoroligists are right?

I’m worried about you Dry. But I’m more worried about being served fine chocolates by John Wayne in a red hat. :-)

I am worried about you Dry. Stay safe and Dry. Hopefully you are too far inland for major issues. You can always move in with JFri for a few days. I am sure that he could staple you to the wall for extra protection.

No, cleo, I would stow her in the crawl space.

Main things I am worried about is my son’s/homestead’s roof and the trees in our backyard. And the power being out for DAYS! And with that, FHIG’s outta here!

JFri if you stowe me away in the crawl space, you better have my FEATHER PILLOWS, A WARM BLANKET AND A CASE OF BOOKERS IN THERE, TURD! (Oh and some food of some sort would be nice, too. Maybe a couple of SUBWAY subs? hmm?)

Dry, you’ll get swill, galled wine and a paper bag to sleep in. ENJOY!
