He drops this chili that he’s been working on for days and he’s all excited about and when he drops it all he says is ‘yeah’? I’d have at least thrown the bike on the roof. Adam must be much more even tempered than I.

Dypak, I agree. My wife is always put off by my outbursts whenever something goes wrong. But for me, it’s a release of frustration that spontaneously erupts. Once expressed, my blood pressure returns to normal. In my opinion it’s best to release the frustration rather than keep it bottled up inside. Just cover your ears.
