Netanyahu needs to be slapped down, not just ignored. He wants the US to fund his country’s military AND a guarantee that we’ll join him in a unilateral attack on Iran.

Are you referring to Roger Hedgecock’s accusation? If so, perhaps you should read this: http://www.forbes.com/sites/rickungar/2012/09/26/obama-accused-of-suppressing-military-vote-by-withholding-absentee-ballots/-It’s a similar (false) attack to the Obama-supresses-military-votes-in-Ohio claim that was disproven in:- Snopes http://www.snopes.com/politics/ballot/military.asp-Politifact http://www.politifact.com/ohio/statements/2012/aug/06/mitt-romney/mitt-romney-says-lawsuit-filed-president-obamas-ca/-FactCheck http://factcheck.org/2012/08/obama-not-trying-to-curb-military-early-voting/-And VoteVets http://votevets.org/news?id=0553-If you have something that supports your claim, perhaps you can provide some documentation.

Where is the outrage about Republican voter fraud in FL and NC?The Republicans hired a firm known for fraud, changed their name and made up voter names, social security numbers, and used commercial addresses including a Shell gas station.

So, who is supposed to enforce the Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment (MOVE) Act, passed by Congress in 2009 and signed into law by President Barack Obama?

Speaking of suppressing military votes, how do military personnel fit into the new voter ID laws. Are military personnel exempt from voter ID laws when on active duty, or will they get screwed over like the college students, elderly, and the tax payers who are expected to fund the whole thing?

“snopes is owned by Solos and is a obama apologist”-I think you meant Soros, and the fact that you’re attacking the messenger rather than disproving the message shows a weak position on your part. Remember, whether Mr. Soros is an Obama apologist or not, the article I linked to has sources at the bottom (4 in fact) that support what the article claims. It is reinforced by the other links I posted from Politifact, FactCheck, and VoteVets. I hope you’ll investigate the facts they present rather than trying to discredit each one.

the facts are that the military servicepeople overseas are being suppressed on the 2012 voting……if any American has earned the “right” to vote….with info and ballots on hand in time to get the voted ballots back to the correct precincts before November 6, it is our military who face Jihad murder daily.Someone is responsible for all the screwups, someone in the government….

The system needs to change. But, you can’t vote in members of congress who want to change a system that got them elected in the first place!

I saw a segment on some news magazine, I truly wish I could have found the link, showing a building where our elected officials go to make phone calls asking for donations to party members. Both parties do this. The representative talking to the journalist said it was not uncommon for members to spend 6 hours a day on fundraising. I remember Anthony Wiener saying the same thing on Bill Maher prior Wiener’s fall from grace. I am sorry Obama has chosen to campaign over meeting with members of the UN. I am sorry all of our elected officials have chosen the path of least least persistence in running our nation in favor of currying votes and donations. What are we going to do about it? Referendums?C.

Since when is Israel our 51st state and Bibi running for President?? I don’t have anything against the state of Israel, other than they’re run by this war-mongering nut case. THEY need to get it together and let the more rational people run THEIR country! There is little to be gained by talking to either Bibi or Ahmed, it’s time to focus on the PEOPLE of those nations and what they’re REALLY saying. Hopefully, BOTH will be out of the “leadership” by the end of next year, and the rhetoric for war will die down??

While I would welcome a response to my posts, and the debate they could spur, I don’t expect any. Absent that, I still feel that such statements should be addressed so that the readers who don’t have the facts don’t take lies (or mistakes for that matter) as truth. Falsehoods should be addressed.

Pure BS. Snopes says they are is self supporting through ad revenue, which seems perfectly plausible. It’s not a huge operation and web hosting isn’t that expensive. The owners are a wife and husband who are Canadian and registered Independent, respectively. If you actually look at the site, they back up their claims with facts. Money can help you find facts, but it can’t really create them. They are also pretty even handed. If you can come up with actual proof of a Soros-Snopes connection, you’ll be a huge Internet celebrity. Otherwise, you’re a pathetic, talking points troll.

Obama has more important things to worry about than Netanyahu’s trying to drum up support for an attack on Iran. A Good Cartoon.

“Your siteing Snopes???”-No, I’m CITING Snopes, plus 3 others. If you don’t like that citation, fine, but the others say the same thing. That reinforces my rational for using it as a source. If you have something more accurate, you should offer it rather than snippy comments.

Since you didn’t bother to read any of the citations I posted, let me post this from one::Obama for America v. Husted: … Plaintiffs seek a declaratory judgment, preliminary injunction, and permanent injunction prohibiting Defendants from implementing or enforcing the HB 224 and SB 295 changes to Ohio Rev. Code § 3509.03, thereby restoring in-person absentee voting on the three days immediately preceding Election Day for all Ohio voters.-The lawsuit isn’t trying to restrict servicemembers’ ability to vote, but rather give ALL Ohio voters the same voting rights. It does not attempt to “…block a measure which extends early voting for members of the military.” as your posting claims. If you have evidence of you claim, beyond an opinion piece, please post it.
