Lieberman is just the latest hurdle in the race to enact health insurance reform. The bigger, permanent hurdles (more like immutable obstacles) are special interest lobbies and the Congress members they rent.

The President obviously does not know what to do with a schmuck. You call the Rabbi to snip it off! You don’t put it in the place of honor.

Actually, Boehner placed the hurdle in an effort to do as much damage as possible to any forward movement, from either side.

Parker, my point, having run hurdles, including those put in place by the “Reagan folks” so they could circumvent laws.

OK so the hurdle is facing wrong way … Obama’s running the correct direction. So my guess is the GOP put the hurdle the wrong direction for the reasons parker pointed out. Either that or Hairdo Hannity stole onto the track wearing a press badge and reversed it when no one was looking.
