   Cuddles was no cat, but a lovely bird – who loved to cuddle and gave very sweet kisses:
   
   This was in an Illinois botanical garden – in the winter She LOVED that climate.

    Very nice! Yesterday you said you have fun putting these pictures up. I’m glad because I enjoy them but wouldn’t do it myself. I don’t even like going through family pictures, of which I have thousands in this day and age.

    Oh, I’ve got thousands of family photos, too…..all waiting in shoe boxes, falling-apart albums, and the most horribly organized computer albums ever!! LOL But, I will spend all morning (and sometimes all afternoon) putting together these “collage” pictures of people, animals and scenes I don’t know! I keep telling myself that I need to get my priorities straight, but ……….I don’t listen.

    It’s so hard to lose a treasured pet, be it a bird, dog (my own StelBel, for example), cat or any other creature that we grow to love. I know you miss Cuddles like I miss my Stella Bella. It’s been 3 years, yet seems like yesterday…..
    

    
    But, here, at CITIZEN DOG, Cuddles is one of the stars of the comic strip — a major player, who today is playing the role of Emperor Cuddles ! And, Fluffy is usually the second-in-command in their various schemes and story lines. Stick with it and you’ll soon learn who’s who and what’s what! Fergus is the main character dog and Mel is his human owner. It’s a delightful and humorous strip that was retired over 10 years ago, so what we have here are old rerun strips that old and new fans are still enjoying! So, DAZZ …………..enjoy!!!!!
