    I have been making cookies for four hours, I made over a thousand that will be sold out by three or four o’clock. My Boulangerer has the flu, and I am ready for bed. If someone gets sick it’s “Here Kitty! Kitty! We have a nice 72 ounce can of tuna for you!” and the next thing I know they have an apron on me. The tuna comes later.
