    But the law does apply equally to all… Activist Judges again… giving some more rights than others… the 2% vs the 98%…

    Marriage = Man + woman

    Same-sex Marriage is Newspeak

    And if the states just improve their civil union laws than all these soul mates can stop re-defining Marriage…

    maybe if some person found that their name was re-defined to mean “stoopid” you might believe it if you read it in a basic dictionary…

    If some person must rely on a group people who have created a word for the collective reference towards “to, too, and two” but can not differentiate between the vast historical examples of ovals not being the same as circles….

    There also words that are used to decrease the emphasis on the difference between an oval and a circle… for example

    the REAL earth is not a perfect sphere… it is less than a perfect sphere… it can not be more spherical than a perfect sphere…

    Fascist leaning neo-theological politicians are hopefully figuring out that they cannot cover discrimination and individually guaranteed rights by writing ridiculous and inaccurate legislation.

    Here is the problem,,, you are comparing a “dinner plate” to the “earth”… both are spherical and the “earth” could be referred to as being more spherical than a “dinner plate” is most (pardon the pun ) circles… one does not have to believe that the “earth” is spherical… but it is…

    I am discussing the comparison of a perfect sphere to the “earth” which is spherical… less than a perfect sphere but never more spherical than a perfect sphere… you may continue to believe the “earth” is more spherical than a “dinner plate” … but if you believe that the “earth” is a perfect sphere…that would make you NOT EXACT

    make same sex marriage legal and call it “tax equality act” and be done with it.

    S-boy… You are the one who brought up the dinner plate. My analogy equates marriage between a man and a woman as a perfect sphere… Civil unions as being spherical… Nothing about the earth being flat…

    yep. use your homophobic equivocation of homosexuality to incest as justification for blocking gay people from getting married. That sure is a good use of your worries and time. Thanks for standing guard to the moral fiber of our country. I’m sure the country is going to be absolutely mobbed with incestuous marriages now that gay people can get married. Good call. Oy.

    I wasn’t even aware that “marriage” was a part
    of the topic.— Did you look at the comic?

    The exclusivity of opposite gender – or sex, if one prefers – use of the Title, or word, “marriage”, IS BY NO MEANS WHATSOEVER UNIVERSAL, culturally or historically — Please provide your references to which culture used the same word… exactly the same word… for a union of man+woman, man+man, woman+woman

    If someone doesn’t want to recognize “gay marriage”, then he/she shouldn’t ask a gay person to marry him/her. — and as I have said gay marriage = gay man + hetro woman, hetro man + gay woman, or gay man +gay woman…
