Chan Lowe's work has won several awards, including the Green Eyeshade Award in 1992, and second place in the 1996 John Fischetti Competition. In 1990, he was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize. In 2000, he was awarded The National Press Foundation's Berryman Award.

What did Obama reverse his stance on? Oh, right. Nothing. Rick Scott knew all along how the numbers would come out, and he of all people can’t risk hurting the finances of the hospitals in his state by turning down the Medicaid dollars. If it was only poor people, it’d be no concern at all, but we’re talking hospital administrators!
