   The voter registration authority should take the photo and provide the photo ID at no charge to the registered voter at the time the voter registers.

   Of course the republicans don’t want to do that, it would defeat the purpose which is to prevent Democrats from voting under the guise of preventing voter fraud. Which of course isn’t happening anyway. Except for the folks that are interred at the cemetery voting for republicans.
