Chan Lowe's work has won several awards, including the Green Eyeshade Award in 1992, and second place in the 1996 John Fischetti Competition. In 1990, he was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize. In 2000, he was awarded The National Press Foundation's Berryman Award.

The bomb would get through, but NOT a pocket “micro-leatherman”.
We have high background here in parts of town due to mining and processing in the ‘50’s. Many apparently “benign” products can be quite “hot”. NOT, fortunately, as hot as a plutonium bomb.

Yes, thi is why 9/11 happened.. Security took Box Cutters from Muslims only to run up to them as they walked toward their gate and handed the box cutters back to them.
They strip us down, and let Muslimsthrough without one question albiet theycan see the bomb strapped to them.
