   Medical problems are not do-it-yourself projects, ever. If the wrist is broken or dislocated trying to twist it around could do more damage.

   Orrrr, Michael could just drive her to the emergency room (or call 911 if she doesn’t want to get into a car with him.)
   BTW, my take on Michael is he’s awkward but safe enough to trust for a car ride to the ER.

   but Michael doesn’t drive or have access to a car: if you recall from the volunteering at the homeless kitchen, he takes buses – he once blew his busfare home on fripperies and expected Donna to drive him…

    Doc House would have at least one lawsuit every day. Only way that series could have worked is him constantly moving from one state to another every time he lost his license. (Which unfortunately has happened with some really bad docs. Even from country to country. OHSU got into hot water for hiring a doctor who’d killed patients in Australia. http://www.oregonlive.com/news/index.ssf/2010/06/australia_convicts_us_doctor_f.html)
