    “Wash her hair”? Is that why the Mayans made December the end of their time cycle. Maybe “Long Tun” refers to all the gunk that mona will wash out.

    Mona in panel 3 actually looks a bit like Katherine Hepburn. But I’d still recommend washing her hair!

    I don’t remember the details, but in one of the strips both honey and spit were ingredients. I think some kind of wax, too, but I don’t remember.
