We just got rid of “Concast.” Best choice we ever made.

We quit them last month…because they didn’t know that there was a problem.

It sounded a lot like this when I dumped Comcast 3 years ago.

Reminds me of SoCal Edison, but I’ve got no other choice there.

Nice. But I live in a place that gets no broadcast reception at all. Gotta have a service just to get the news—and they charge me extra for broadcast channels. Meanwhile, the folks down below get reception from the towers on the mountain that shadows my house.

So where’s ‘Comcast’, anyway? We have a similar problem in San Diego – the Padres home opener is tomorrow, and it’s yet another season where most people in the county (millions) can’t see a Padres game on TV (home or away) because the rights are owned by one of several local cable companies. And their (the cable company’s) product sucks – in service, price, and goods.

Aside from the (yet again, ever frustrated) lousy prospects of the local professional beisbol company, it’d be nice to see a game during the season. I’m right there with frustrated Cubs fans, but jeeeeeez… at least they get to see games on TV without shelling out a small fortune and commute to see the games at the stadium.
