Good job Mr. Bell….It must be pretty hard to do a parody of things going on now….The actual events are crazy and absurd to start with…..

Meanwhile Rep. Oompa Loompa has refused to bring four separate jobs and infrastructure bills from the WH to a vote while voting 35 times in the last year to repeal ACA. Make him return his salary and the cost of his coupla Caddies health care. He has refused to do his job. GOP wants to increase unemployment and trash the US economy rather than accept that a brown guy was elected President.

@peachyanddanny And the one you support doesn’t want to end the “entitlements” that his party so easily gives out. Government spending is out of control, at all levels, but the minute someone dares suggest that it stop, they’re branded as mean, not caring, callous, and the like. It simply has to end and the sooner the better.
As I’ve stated before, neither party has the high moral ground. Both need to start acting like adults. Same for the rabid supporters of a party. Name calling and finger pointing is so degrading and disingenuous.

it would be an interesting game if your opponents got to decide which club and ball you used.
most don’t like it but I like the concept written into our Constitution that nothing gets done unless everybody comes to agreement. Many good things don’t get done but more bad things are avoided.

Lord Folks, Democrats got us into every major war in the 20th century except the desert. The whole war criminal thing is such a silly point of contention as there are much, much bigger fish to fry these days.

@rvernon I do read the newspaper and have seen that Obama proposes to make some cuts in Medicare and Social Security. That’s all well and good but he wants to raise, again, taxes to run other government supported entitlement programs. The proposed cutting back on the two aforementioned programs only serves to stir the pot so when these cuts don’t happen, he’s become a hero yet again.

Yes, we have blood on our hands.
Whoever is elected will do things which will kill people and we put them in office.
What is more, those who don’t put people in office also have blood on their hands for not voting for the pacifist or the one who would have stopped the blood bath before it took place.
Consider Saddam. He killed people as long as he was in office. The fact that we allowed him to kill them is on our hands. Then we got him out of office. People he had been keeping from killing each other killed each other. We are to blame for letting him kill and letting his replacements kill. (Unless, we were to blame the ones who actually did the killing, of course, but that is unthinkable.)
Cursed if you do, cursed if you don’t.
Best course of action is to ask what will kill the fewest American citizens and act accordingly.
