I suspect Mr. Bunny; he’s been awfully quiet.

Susie doesn’t trust Calvin, so she’s paying attention to him. Hobbes must have eaten the cookies, thereby demonstrating that Hobbes lives and only looks like a stuffed toy when someone other than Calvin is watching.

Interesting interpretation. I always thought Hobbes is a stuffed toy and he lives only for Calvin.

Hobbes is right next to Calvin. I’m telling you, it’s the Bunny.

Calvin couldn’t have done it. His mouth was full of smooches.

Yesterday, I said Hobbes was so hungry he could eat a bunny.
    Mr. Bunny is still there.
    The cookies are missing.
    Hmmm….

Mr Bun ate them. You can’t trust the quiet ones.

I think this was the arc where Calvin & Hobbes went from being a cute strip to being a classic.

May be the cookies were not real either, like there are no actual tea involved in the tea party. May be the plate of cookies is imagined by Susie.. But what about the crumbs?? hmm..!!
