Mom should be proud to have such a responsible, organized son.

Good thinking on your feet, but not quite good enough. Lucky you didn’t get sent to bed with a
    warm bottom and no supper!

It’s a feminist plot {angry extremists} against all men, especially those old enough to know about brick bats.

Calvin dude your Mom is not stupid. A word of advice Mom you better lock theses items and hide the key. If you keep a gun in the house get rid of it. I like Calvin but he can be a handful.

There’s no guns. A strip a couple of years in had his dad mentioning that he doesn’t own any guns.

Just read this little book about a whole family of Calvins! Real people!!
Sordid Stories of an Ordinary Family: A Celebration of Betrayal, Tragedy, and Disabilities by Gina Rae Hendrickson

Calvin’s mom must have run track in high school, in order to keep up with him.
