Edcole1961 - you are so right! I hope they do not continue with this story tomorrow because it is going to get very messy - lots of brains and ears flying around.
Tis true that coffee is on the low end of the speed spectrum but there it is, and it would be an ugly world without it, and BTW tea has just as much caffine
Well it won’t go up in metropolitan New York office coffee nooks because the Daily News’ cartoon editor is enamored with absurdly unfunny single-panel strips. Hardly anyone here knows about Brewster – although some of us spread the word about seeing it online!
Agreed, Edcole 1961: Pam is P.O’d (will that get bleeped too?) enough to take the aliens on by herself. But there’s always Coke, Pepsi, Red Bull, etc. Unfortunately, in our office, they charge $2.50 for a 20 oz bottle of soda.
Sugar is horrible for you. Soft drinks are probably a major cause of diabetes. Same for the highly sugared coffee drinks.
Diet sodas are not much better, because the carbonation produces acids which do bad things to you. (I think eating tooth enamel may be one of them.)
Coffee (drunk black), on the other hand, has some very beneficial chemicals. Too much caffeine is harmful, but a couple of cups a day and a few cups of decaf do you well.
Look up how much sugar is in a bottle of Coke, figure out the calories, and gasp.
Hm. Death (in the current Liberty Meadows) looks rather like a bald version of these aliens in a hoodie. And both look rather like Mrs. Troi’s personal assistant. (It’s the head bones.)
Brewster Rockit is an unlikely captain. He’s woefully ill-prepared to lead ... and that’s part of his charm. Orbiting the stars in the space station R.U. Sirius, Brewster and his crew of misfits encounter a constantly challenging set of interplanetary anomalies. Brewster Rockit: Space Guy! pushes the limits of space, time and humor.

HURRY Doc!!! Earth needs your nuclear coffee is the only thing that can save the day & mankind!!

That plan is doomed to backfire. Pam is now angry enough to repel the entire invasion force by herself.

A whole world of coffee-deprived caffiene addicts - I wouldn’t want to try invading that!

I think you got it, Edcole1961! HUGE tactical error! :))
Don’t worry, everybody. If we can’t find the Doc, my morning mocha will take out any pointy-eared invaders that come along. :)

OK, now it all makes sense - “Brewster” Rockit. This was the second half of that equation.

On the plus side, no more Starbucks, which means everyone will have more money and the economy will be better than ever!
Come to think of it, that might actually be worth trying…

Sorry if I got to serious there. Sometimes I forget it’s just a comic. I mean, it’s so realistic.
Think I’ll go make myself another cup.
