Hey — he used to live near me … that white house with the tall palm trees…. ….. in fact, his mother led the protest against finger sandwiches in the school cafeteria.
He was pretty handy with a hammer and nails, but not academic… always had to count on his fingers.
And kinda rough…. got into a couple of fist fights.
So I thought he’d grow up to be a ranch hand, like his Dad, or maybe a handyman like his Uncle Pinky.
But look at him now — wearing a suit that fits him like a glove.
