Brevity is not only the soul of wit, it's also not your normal comics fare. In the hands of Dan, it is sharply intelligent, amusingly idiosyncratic and often uproariously funny.

Sorry to interrupt, Ma’am, but we just received some important information:
There are actually several free fonts that mimic the look of a ransom note.

Yes, and you can find some of them here and here

I’ll give you a hundred thousand to keep ‘im…I looked up kidnappers on Craig’s List, they are a quality outfit. Lots of recommendations…

Maybe see a doctor or something??? Or just laugh, you know, if you really want to. Watch a video of a guy getting hit in the nuts and really let loose! (let us all know how it goes)

You have to admire a kidnapper that keeps with tradition.

The trouble with fonts with supposedly random variations of the glyphs, imitating e.g. kidnap notes and corrosion, is that every instance of each letter is identical. For example, in the title “Windows for Dummies”, the two "o"s and the two "m"s are precisely identical.

I agree with Varnes. This is only funny if she does not want him back. If it were my former husband… I no longer need to worry; he died the same year as my father.

Do you do that too? And there’s me thinking that I was the only sad one! I’ll bet you annalyse panels too – to see if the cartoonist has actually drawn two similar illustrations twice!

How many people are gonna send emails to that address?
Ather said, almost 2 years ago
Well that’s all that matters. Different fonts to look like snail mail ransom notes.
