    The surest way to never be asked to do something again is to do it poorly the first time. Which is a good strategy for a government worker, and a bad strategy for anyone in a job where they can be firedl.

    You’re right- government workers have a reputation for lacking motivation. (Their end game appears to be tenure from day 1 and citizen supported retirement benefits and that’s the main focus)
