    Still in the single digits during the night. We have an inversion layer hanging on for the 3rd day……..warm air traps the cold air because it’s stagnant, and we just can’t break out into something warmer, We need just a slight breeze of 5 to 10 mph to disperse it………not today, I’m afraid.
