   Weather has turned decidedly cold here in the last few days
   

   
   One day the high was mid 80s, the next it was mid 50s
   

   
   There was even a little dusting of snow when I got home from work yesterday morning

   It is 21 degrees right now…………………….BRRRRR! Supposed to warm up to the 50’s this afternoon.

   I spent a good amount of time seeding and pulling the membranes off about 100 jalapenos yesterday. Then chopped in my food processor, and spooned onto a cookie sheet. They’re now in the freezer waiting for me to put them in Tupperware. We’ll have great salsa all winter long. :)))

    We’ve cooled off for a few days. Thursday it was 25° Cooler then it was 24 hours earlier. Friday it was even cooler and it will be a few days before it warms up. Maybe this will start the leaves to change color!

    That cooler air that everyone’s talking about is headed this way. A high of near 90 today and we’ll barely break 70 tomorrow. Brrrrrrrrrrr.

    Sojo, I don’t like winter where ever it may be. But it is a tad more bearable in South Texas than Southern Quebec.
