    -than those ones. ???
    Sorry. I really don’t want to be a grammar corrector but that is just awful.

    It’s a cartoon! Not grammar school. Give me a break. Grammar police need to find somewhere else to correct mistakes.

    Better to focus on the real subject here. There are many people who could use some help.

    I have to agree with both Irish and California Girl. It is only a cartoon, and the concept of raising money for a homeless shelter is excellent, but how many people (kids, particularly) read this and think that what shows up in print is at least grammatically correct – even if it’s not the truth? Some folks complain about foreigners, but most of them speak better English than Americans. (Yeesh. There she goes with another sermon. Sorry, folks.)

    @Dani Rice

    I have to agree with you Dani. Bad grammar and spelling can actually detract from getting a point across.

    You’re right. Enjoy the living language we have, before the barbarians kill it.

    Some mistakes are just too egregious to overlook.

    @Dani Rice

    You’re right, Dani. When everything we see is written in poor or incorrect English, we start thinking that the common usage is correct. And then we start imitating it.

    My main problem is my keyboard is too small and my thumb too big.
