    Fie on all you nay-sayers! Negative pull-ups will (eventually) build up your muscles to where you can do a regular pull-up.

    Breathe! Don’t forget to Breathe!!! And if Betty is able to hold her weight at the start of her ‘negative pull up’ for 90 seconds or more…… well 96 seconds plus will get you an “A” in gym class. Go. Check out the fitness requirements for high school girls – back in the early 70’s.
