   This one is a good example of where context can help a joke play. It was originally published around Christmas 2009, but we’d thought of the joke much earlier in the year. It seemed to us that we should wait until christmas to use it, because the misdirection works a bit better. Reading it in March you’re more likely to work out where it’s heading, maybe?
