   Sorry but democracies that have taken away the right to bear arms are, most of western Europe, Japan and Australia. I have missed a few so please add them.
   
   In this country you cannot manufacture or build fully automatic weapons. With a class three license you may buy but it will cost you sometimes tens of thousands of dollars. In California the only guns you can buy is called California Legal. You have to stick a rod in to the magazine release to remove the mag and then replace another yet the street gangs of Southern California out gun the police.

   Just last night an intruder with a gun and mask broke into an apartment in suburb of Nashville. The Occupant of the Apartment had a HCP and gun, when the intruder broke in,the occupant of the Apartment shot and killed the intruder who had his gun on the occupant of the Apartment. The Police are looking for a second person who was with the intruder and fled the scene.

    Since between 39 and 50% of American homes have firearms in them, and it’s reasonable to assume most don’t want THEIR gun taken away, I guess congress and the legislature are being held hostage by – gasp! – their constituents!

    There are about 100 million gun owners in America. The NRA has less than 5 million member, not all of which are gun owners. Sargent proves once again that he’s a MORON.
