It makes me cry, too, so I do not watch very often. A Very Happy New Year to all of Ben’s friends!!!!

You want to see a morbid world if you hadn’t exist. Watch “It is a Wonderful Life” to see what if a man wasn’t born parallel.

I hate this movie. It attempts to show the glory of surrending your hopes and ambitions to the folks next door and spending your life dedicated to their well-being. Do you expect them to do the same for you? If you do, you probably liked the movie.

I always laugh at the part when he sees what his town would be like. His brother’s dead, his mom runs a hostel, his friends live in squaler, his uncle is in an insane asylum but the worst thing; his wife became a spinster librarian. The horror, the horror.

Interesting. I don’t even remember the spinster librarian part. But that’s not even realistic. There would be numerous other men that would have pursued her.

Not only that, but the real embezzler gets away with it. I watched this movie several times before realizing why it bugs me, and you have summed it up beautifully. George has to surrender all his dreams to make others’ lives worth living. That stinks.
