Is that worse than Pop Tarts for breakfast?

The yellow sausage man should be grateful he’s not being eaten. Confection from other countries is never as nice as what you’re used to.

We have been spared Hostess making Twinkies cereal… So far. Who knows what the new Hostess will do.

I used to eat donuts for breakfast when I was a caddie, and let me tell you, they are not good fuel for physical labor. Especially if you’ve only had candy bars for dinner the night before. With food like that fueling you, everyone will think you are just inherently lazy when your butt drags.

Were I a chef, I would experiment with savoury filled doughnuts (not the ring type). Chilli, curry, you name it I’m sure it can be done.

Hey guys. FYI, I’ll post a new strip on Sunday. It’s a fun one!

Whew! I’m glad to read this. When I saw there wasn’t a new strip today, I was worried you’d had an accident. Or that the Twinkies, like, got even… (cue Jaws music)

That’s been done. There are Finnish pasties, made in the upper peninsula of Michingan.

They were invented as food for coal miners.

Not the same thing. Those are just like ordinary pasties. I was thinking of a savoury substitute for the jam (jelly) filling inside a proper doughnut.
