A lot of TV commercials are like that now, I can hardy figure out the product line and any attempt to guide the watcher to a point of view fails totally.
Like that car commercial with the father and son who can not throw a baseball. pointless.

To finale, Don’t you mean Viaduct?

To Agent54, It seems to me an ad agency will shoot these films without a product or client in mind. The film is designed to grab the viewers attention with humor or pathos or whatever, and then the agency shops it around to a number of potential clients.

You can have a beautiful and popular commercial that fails to sell the product. So it is a bust.

The Creative Team responds to the three questions about the Power Point presentation:

    1) The chicken was crossing the road to get to the other SLIDE.
    2) The women knew they had runs in their stockings.
    3) So viewers would know it was over.

Since it is stuck on Saturday’s strip, Sunday’s comic strip can be seen at http://www.arcamax.com/thefunnies/barneyandclyde/s-1267502
