   This strip always brings up so many questions like, how did they fall off the raft? How do they always survive the sharks with just scrapes? Why are the women so evil? How did Tom ever get Scotty to agree to do anything that wasn’t self-centered? I do love mysteries.

    They survive the sharks because they don’t taste good. Sharks only attack people because people look like seals to them. Sharks would rather not eat people.
    
    The women are so evil because they are Gretel and Rosemary.
    
    Scotty is smitten by Rosemary (she always smites him), so his cooperation is self-centered.
