6 egg whitesPinch of salt2 tablespoons flour2 cups confectioners’ sugar2 teaspoons vanilla (real not artificial)2 cups chopped nutmeats Beat egg whites stiff with salt.Add sifted sugar and flour.Stir together lightly, then add vanilla and nutmeats.Drop on buttered cookie sheet and bake in 300° oven for about 1/2 hour until golden brown.
