Baldo is our first comic strip that features Latino characters and themes. Baldo lives with his parents and works at Auto Y Rod, Inc., selling car parts. Through his daily exploits in the world of girls, cars, and little sisters, readers will learn just how well they can identify with this teen. Writer Hector Cantú and artist Carlos Castellanos have given us a comic strip whose warmth and gentle humor will appeal to all.

I don’t know why everybody makes such a big deal about “some assembly required”. I love putting things together; the only real problems is getting a returned, resealed items with missing pieces or instructions directly translated from Japanese or Chinese. i.e. "You will be very happy when you find the location of peg ‘A’ into the slot of hole ‘B’…

I always read the instructions out loud to my wife…in Spanish. She does not understand Spanish. I do not understand why she will not help me with these projects.

Looks like a collaborative design effort between M.C. Escher and Rube Goldberg.

Paul Smith – can’t be from Ikea. There are no written directions, just a little man assembling things for one to follow. We have put together KD (knock down) furniture since we were married over 30 years ago. Ikea is the only one we have ever had trouble with and we just again bought something from them to assemble.
