    I only wish I had my own Tia Carmen. I’d love to know how Lengua Casserole tastes. – Long ago, I purchased a fully cooked Lengua from a small store near my work. Saturday morning I sliced it all up for my lunch when I got back from fishing. Saturday afternoon, when I got back home my two daughters asked me “Daddy, what was that in the ’fridge?, it sure made good sandwiches.”

    Alas, my lengua was gone. (at least for that weekend)

    He shouldn’t resolve to teach them more Spanish, he should make absolutely sure to teach them more Spanish. It will spare them embarrassment in the future.

    Happy New Year, in English. If Baldo, is American, he should be speaking English, and learning Spanish as a second language. I’m for learning other language’s, but learn the language of the country, where you live first. Have a good year in 2013.
