    The Chinese domesticated the pig about 8000 years ago. They have been cooking pork belly almost the entire time.

    LOL, The Chinese made a pork product that was very similar to bacon in 1,500 BC.
    I buy Chinese bacon at my local Asian Market frequently, it’s delicious.

    Horrible stuff, turkey bacon. Better to eat a little of the real stuff once in awhile, and be satisfied. :-)
