Having debuted in 1988 in the short-lived British daily, The Post, Steve McGarry's western spoof strip "Badlands" was snapped up the following year by The Sun, Britain's best-selling newspaper. The silly and saucy antics of Marshal Mask and his motley mob of maladjusted misfits were an immediate hit with the paper's 7.5 million readers. During its 12-year run in The Sun, Badlands spawned two best-selling book collections in the UK.

I think it means “Your mother wears combat boots” in Klingon. Where it is usually not considered to be an insult.

At least they are mumbling in English. You should hear it in Spanish it makes ever less sense.
(I know I have taken many intoxicated subjects into custody sooo bad they were incomprehensible when they attempted to even slur the words.)

I can translate I do speak gibberish. (Years of Police experience)
I did understand Crispen to say ERKLE. This is reference to the TV character apparently he misses the show.
And a remark by Willie to liking Yosemite Sam expression of not being happy with Bugs. (RassenFassen).
At least Willie’s Y fronts are holding up.

Yes I can. I grew up in the Washington DC area. Was bused to a mostly black high school for integration purposes. Got down and funky, 1100 students 85% black 15% others. On the football team I was the only white player. My nickname was Token. We had a great team however. I can understand everything they say on Airplane without the subtitles. I even know the secret hand shake with jive.
