    What’s wrong with this picture? They are using unwitting and innocent tourists as bait! In the real world they couldn’t possibly watch everyone, and someone would be injured or killed. But, of course, Annie has never been the real world, so I guess I’ll willingly suspend disbelief and go along for the ride.

    Morning, Anniephans!
    Suspending disbelief is a necessity in reading all comics. Some require more suspension than others. I think Maeder is stretching it a bit here, but it still makes for an enjoyable story.

    This is exactly what the richies did to my home town. Bought up all the property and since there was no rent control all the ‘natives’ had to move. Then they wonder why the brakes on the train have no "tooth’.

    @Leslie Barks

    How else will they do it? And these people are operating as terrorists and they don’t care who they injure.

    I can see this scenario playing out in real life very easily. No suspension needed here. Understand?

    I’m still remembering that village elder said Annie was in trouble.
