    There’s a crossover beginning in Dick Tracy. Did Warbucks have a Lazarus project?

    Lazarus was the name of the dead man that Jesus brought out of the tomb. (You probably knew that.) Also, “Lazarus Long” was an extremely long-lived man in a Heinlein novel. (Can’t recall the name.) So if there was a Lazarus project, we can guess what it was about. But did it ever appear in the “Annie” strip? Don’t know.

    @Ray C

    The first Heinlein story with Lazrus Long was Methulah’s Children. The second and much longer novel was Time Enough for Love.

    It doesn’t really have to. Attributing it to Warbucks is the way to cross over.
