Alternate Alley Oop Chapter 20 “The Coup in Moo Falls Mainly on Oop”(148) 1/11/2014 Sunday

(While Alley and company are busy they fail to have seen that others barred the inside as well Then made sure the the huge bolts can’t be pulled out easily, just as on the other side.) The battle begins and our side is out numbered. But then Alley Oop, Ooola and Dinny are fearsome fighters and will give them the one-two-break-your-jaw treatment.
Eeny feels comfortable enough to sit back on her throne, Wootietoot is on her own, and she isn’t alone! The other four former rulers are dejected and weak but still have hope. Hope that their side will eventually prevail and the death by long minutes will end.

Fortunately for Eeny, some captive dinosaurs, newly caught, were put in the Arena of Justice holding pens first before the others were released to join the battle outside. The ones they did have were a pale green one with spines on its back and they can be shot from its tail when in danger,a blue jumping meat eater, a white mastodon with red eyes, and a tree climbing meat eater with mottled scaly skin of dappled grays, greens and black to hid itself in the trees and a muscular tail. Here on the ground it is easily seen. The Hairshirts keep it from climbing unto the dais where Eeny and the dejected kings are. Not counting the four xooloo spiders already there. Two of which are up on that same dais to guard the kings and Eeny.

The green spiny back growls and shoots several spines, some hit near by dinos and one went just past Dinny’s head and ricocheted by Alley’s club to spin off smacking against a nearby wall between two startled Hairshirts.

    Morning, Oopsters.
She’d better start caring. This is going to develop into an international incident.

A great football playoff greeting to the Benders and the
readers of Alley Oop. Ooola definitely doesn’t want to land
in the middle of Lem. King Tuk will demand that Ooola
show how she controls the pterosaur (she doesn’t) to be
able to use the lizard as a weapon against Moo.
Long ago Alexander Graham Bell, of telephone fame, said
"The nation that secures control of the air will ultimately
control the world. Tuk will think this Ooola can’t and won’t
explain this and will probably end up in the Lem pit for Alley to rescue.

In the last panel; Lem looks like a pretty neat place with the high rise apartments.
    I’m thinking of mooving there.

A pterosaur has to land up on a cliff or very tall tree. They are not able to, easily, take off from the ground. Looks like Ooola’s mount will be heading for it’s home-cliff overlooking beautiful downtown Lem.
