    Relax they already had rights. Equal terms with the men even without a written Bill of Rights. Do they even have “writing” I have yet to see any?

    Good Morning readers . . .

    Not a bad way to start the week, I guess.

    Heck, it may be recap of the Sunday strip’s last panels but still, it’s nicely done.

    Can’t wait ’til tomorrow.

    I suppose with a (marginally) political plotline it was to be expected that the commentary here would turn political

    For those who don’t appreciate it, a word of advice

    Political obsession is a severe form of mental illness and those who suffer from it can’t help themselves but to read their own political leaning into anything they read and are then compelled to spew forth whichever form of bile their party is selling

    It’s like OCD plus delusional thinking plus turrets

    Try not to get angry with these pathetic sufferers, it if far worse to be one of them than to simply be exposed to them

    Yeah politics is off topic I guess, but why is Hillary and Monica chasing Bubba?

    Just when I thought this story arc couldn’t get any lamer, the Benders prove me wrong again.

    Guz, the first Republibot!

    Or… the first Republi-con.

    Actually the record of the Republicans is better in civil rights than the Democrats. So Guz is more like a dimocrat. Of course, now the Republicans are trying to act like Dimocrats, so who knows what the future will bring.

    @Doctor Toon

    In case you haven’t noticed, the future of this country is in the hands of a bunch of fools in DC. Of course a number of us are extremely polarized, and very concerned. Comparing that to mental illness is very out of line. If you’re going to be a deliberate know nothing, stay that way and don’t make comments about things you know nothing about.

    @Doctor Toon

    You must be right. The majority of voters seem to have mental illness.

    You seem to confuse knowing nothing with saying nothing

    Any political comment made here is not likely to sway anyone in favor of the position the person making the comment makes, more likely the comment will offend and drive the reader away

    The fallacy the fools who drag politics into everything live with is the belief that they are “doing something” for their cause

    They are doing something, they are making themselves look like fools

    Good morning Benders and all. Enough with this way too long Wizer story, it is time for a time travel story. If you want more political commentary, Firebrand1 will be along shortly with her daily dose. Also the weekly reminder that it is “slow Monday”.

    conflating this strip and the benders with any coherent or meaningful political message is a fool’s errand.
