    Reverend Charles Lutwig Dodgson did the same with Alice Little. Other family story tellers later wrote them down and we have the likes of “Peter Pan” an many other wonderful creations.

    I don’t remember e ither of my parents reading me a bed-time story. I DO remember a picture of parading guardsmen that moved on the wall. Yes, I hallucinated without chemicals.

    Richard Adams told stories about rabbits to entertain his kids on long trips… and later incorporated them into Watership Down, one of my favourite books.
