He’s that bad a golfer, is he?

My bet is that the Golf course is slated to be closed
Can Adam save it?
Will my Nuclear Coffee be involved?

It’ll probably be plowed under so that some greedy developer can erect $10,000,000+ condos on it.
Stay tuned next week, folks.

If said developer had any brains, he would leave the golf course and build around it.

What could go wrong if nuclear coffee is involved.

@Perkycat
A lot actually, but usually those nice folks at the NSA do a great job of covering it up

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a golf course plowed under for condos. However, I have seen woods and farms turned into golf courses.

We’ve never been told much about Mr. McCaffrey, how old he is, or how rich ( or broke ) or what his family is like. He was writing his memoirs, but I don’t remember the exact reason. People tend to get an urge to write their memoirs as a last act.
.
It was just the two of them on the course so I assume it’s Mr McCaffrey’s private course. Could he be selling it or giving away to family if he has any family?

Yes, but they don’t work that way, CL. Not far from me a very nice course got plowed under for, while not $10M condos, housing ranging probably up to about $750-900K.

That sounds ominous. I wonder what is going to happen?
