He’s Canadian, he should love poutine. It’s pretty good stuff! But it’s not chili cheese fries.

Be the dump truck a Mack? Those look like Mack fenders.

That much poutine would be expensive. Do you have poutine in Seattle? Or is a tribute to Dave’s Canuckosity? I have tonight off, and it is going to be -9, -35 with the wind chill. I have a steak in the freezer, as well as some crinkle cuts. I have grated cheese in the fridge. maybe i will stop by Viking Village Foods, and buy a packet of gravy mix, and have some steak and poutine tonight. With a big mug of cocoa.

…I’m sure there’s gotta be some hipster dive that serves poutine here in Seattle, but I’ve yet to find it; a quick search brings up the Steelhead Diner right in the heart of Pike Place Market. I’ve got to confess, I’ve never had poutine, nor chili cheese fries! But Superbowl Sunday’s a pretty good excuse to indulge, right?

I don’t think I’d like poutine, it’s a Quebec dish popular amongst the french. I don’t recall ever seeing it on a menu.
