Actually, we have been so inundated with misinformation we begin to question even legit news sources. Doubt is a most potent weapon in bringing down a society.

Makes one wonder about all those other tabloid covers at the market checkouts.

I wonder what the overlap is between people who believe in alien abductions, that the moon landing was faked and that the Earth is flat and Evangelical Christians and MAGAs.

I laughed, but the weird thing is that, once in a while, the National Enquirer would break a genuine story.

If you want to speed up the destruction of your brain cells, pick up a National Enquirer.

Hard to put any stock in someone reading the National Inquirer.
