In our latter-day world, replete as it is with everything from our computers & “social” media to our "smart"phones to our cars and everything IoT spying on us constantly and recording and remembering all, a satellite photo of us scratching our armpit is the very least of our concerns. FB alone is vastly worse.
Civil society organizations are doing good things that weren’t possible before commercial satellite photos became widely available. The invasions of privacy are coming from other directions.
Nowadays, people happily give up their privacy and broadcast everything they do on the internet voluntarily in the hopes that they will gain followers and be famous.

There is no right to privacy in public. First decided in 1924 by the Supreme Court.
