I thought Andy had a 6th sense about free alcohol!

I have just been replying to people on yesterday’s Andy Capp and Fred Basset sites who wished me a good time on my day out to Llandudno yesterday. I only mentioned my coming day out on those two sites since they are British strips. As I mentioned in my replies, it was a good day out and I saw some people celebrating the festival in Victorian costume. One man was dressed as Sherlock Holmes. I had my usual pub drink while in Llandudno. That is a dark fruits cider.

If Andy had been there Dull Dennis Donald’s huge inheritance would have been used up that evening.

I’m thinking the word that DDD is buying for everyone is going to spread all over town real quick. Andy will get the word soon enough.

At least Dennis will now retain most of the inheritance

With Andy’s cadging skills he will be drinking for free at the Pig and Whistle and not have to listen Dull Dennis. A clever move by Mr. Capp indeed.

OK, with a ensemble like that, how is he dull ? Also, making a statement like that, with a room full of drunks ( or soon to be drunks ) is a good way to end up robbed and dead.

Stamps are much more interesting than, say, beanie babies or Barbie dolls.

One thing sure, when Andy finds out about the inheritance, he’s going to develop a sudden interest in stamp collecting.
