Those protests look just like trump rallies. That is so repugnant to me that I will sometimes just dismiss it all as stupidity. However, there are many arguments for opening (at least gradually). Our hospital has closed most of its clinics, and there are plenty of people with serious need of cancer follow-ups, gallbladder surgery, hip transplants, etc. There are a lot of ways businesses could open carefully with adaptations to protect staff and customers, etc. With all the political craziness, it is much harder to have intelligent dialog about opening.
