When Trump was elected, he said he’d govern by making the major decisions, and leave the “details” to others, which, knowing Donnie John as I did (I’ve followed his career since he stood side-by-side with Fred in blocking blacks from his apartments) all the way to today when he makes the MAJOR DECISIONS like whether to have KFC or McDonald’s for dinner while his “staff” like Pence and Mulvaney keep him safe from criticism about failing the country in its time of need.
