Gadhafi has brought up the idea of creating a South Atlantic Treaty Organisation similar to NATO so as to not be subject to unilateral decisions by NATO or the UN’s Security Council.
See, pushing our Western agenda around makes the rest of the world unhappy. Cannot fault them for thinking along these lines.
