”The MAGA School Bus” Episode 45: “Exploring Nano Space”
Kids, watch as substitute bus driver, Mr. Trumple (Ms. Frizzle is in self quarantine) takes students for ride into Nano Space, where viruses exist and function. Mr. Trumple has a somewhat different take on Science:
(The opening theme plays.). “Come aboard, everyone! Masks and social distancing, not required. However, seat belts are the rule (until I make them non-mandatory). Mr. Trumple will teach you today about viruses and how they do their thing. I’ll introduce you to some coronaviruses now in the News.”
The bus shrinks to nano scale, and nears a swarm of viruses attacking cells. The viruses look up and wave their knobs merrily. They cheer as Mr. Trumple appears; for he is considered a Virus Advocate in the Human World, a hero to viral infective agents everywhere.
“Those are Covids — aren’t they cute? They just act naturally: Make human beings sick. Oh, some humans may die, but we won’t go into that.” Several Covids brush against his legs like kittens, and he pets them affectionately.) “If humans in our world would just let them infect everyone, 99 percent of the time there’s no problem.”
Later, having heard things from the Virus POV, the kids prepare for the ride back to Normal Space. Mr. Trumple asks, “Where’s Arnold? Oh, look — he decided to stay.” (The last of Arnold disappears under a crowd of viruses as they assimilate his DNA and reproduce.) “Oh, well, his mother signed a Release Form. And maybe one of those very viruses will infect her.”
The bus pops back into our world, the kids get off the bus.Mr. Trumple says, “I hope you learned some cool stuff, and will tell everyone that the ‘experts’ have a lot of things wrong!” He takes a swig from a jug of Hydroxychloroquine and drives away down the street.
Then he spies Dr. Fauci crossing the street. He guns the motor to run him down, but the Doc leaps out of the way. Contrary to his usual calm, Fauci angrily flips the bird.
