Uh-huh, blame the guy pointing out the cause. I see Tom drank the large economy size Trump Kool-Aid.

Yep, Tom, let’s not go after the problem. Just send them our prayers. Get a lot done that way. Now go back to your Kool-Aid (thanks, Patjade)

Sometimes it just needs to be said. The POS in the Oval Office didn’t wait a nanosecond before blaming everyone but himself for these tragedies.

Thank you. Let’s say it again, “Trump is promoting racism.”

And no, I do not intend to vote for Beto. But he is right. And it needs to be said.

Incidentally, all of the hospitalized victims in El Paso told Trump not to come and refused to meet him when he visited yesterday. But hey, ain’t it so great that Tom is ready to jump forward and put words in their mouths.

Must be a wonderful feeling for a president to know he is not wanted or needed with his phony sentiments and concern so let’s pick on someone else and attempt to create a diversion again and put the focus on them rather than his poor and ineffective so called leadership. That casket should be reading Trumps chances of re-election!

Good for Beto for calling out Trump for his racism that led to the killings in El Paso.

Truth and reality don’t seem to making it through the American psyche. Good for Beto and any other politicians pointing the finger at Incendiary Man.

In response to a question of the divisiveness of his rhetoric, Mr. Trump replied, “I don’t think my rhetoric does at all. My rhetoric is very—it brings people together.” I must agree. The only question is which people are being brought together? As Peter Wade writes, “His explicitly racist rhetoric — dating from his campaign-launch speech demonizing Mexican immigrants to telling four Democratic congresswomen of color to “go back” to their countries to demonizing Baltimore and undercutting the humanity of the people who live there — has brought people together by expanding the political and cultural space for overt, public white nationalism" (emphasis added). Coward Trump was too afraid to face the hostile crowd and give a speech.

Trump’s big mouth murdered those people.

And Stiglich complains about the people who are saying something about it.

Hey, Tom, I’d like it better if there were no coffins to stand on. Are you doing anything to promote that outcome?

Those women in the nurse uniforms that posed with Trump in the hospital

did not even work there. They were brought in for a photo, that is why no reporters were allowed.

Stiglich is another “cartoonist” who should remove his head from his posterior — just not getting enough oxygen to his brain!

I used to always say that when my husband dies, I would like to go at the same time. Never in my life did I ever think that it would be a very real possibility until I watched the 5:30 news on Monday night when they showed the video that someone took while they were under some of the racks in Walmart. This is the reality for everyone in America now because of idiots in Washington that are getting paid off by the NRA and saying that there isn’t any problem. And then we have idiots like the cartoonist that think it is okay, Evidently, you must not have any family to worry about.

If Beto actually had stood on one of the coffins to speak he would have been showing more decency than does Stiglich with this cartoon.

This is disgusting. Lets ignore how Trump used the tragedies as a political photo op where folks either voluntarily or involuntarily smiled in group pics with him, victims, and victim’s families during a time when we all shouldn’t be smiling that much.Where’s Trump standing in front of a coffin as he smiles for a photographer.

The issue with Beto’s statement is that he was far too PC for my liking.

The CORRECT statement would have been:

Trump’s blatant racist statements from the White House, as tweets and in his rallies, are reponsible for encouraging violence across the nation, both by the white supremacists he considers “good people” and reactionary violence by those repelled by his racism.

Precise enough for you enablers? Any more questions?

Trump´s rhetoric and guns are causing mass shootings. Yes, the victims ARE the reasons why we have to get rid of both.

Whatever you may think of trump, I hope you’re also offended by the use of these tragedies for fundraising purposes. I got the first dem email looking for $$ within 48 hours, before funeral arrangements were even made. I’ve received 6 or 8 more. Sick.

Stiglich presumably thinks that it’s too soon to talk about solutions. And too upsetting to mention the dead at all. And unfair to use such events in a political way. Stiglich is presumably an ass.
